Return and refund policy
We have a 14 day return policy (from the day the item/s were delivered).To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All items that are returned (given that it is eligible) will be inspected before the refund is accepted and processed. Please allow 10 working days for the money to appear back into your account.
There is strictly no return or refund on any items that require a piercing. This includes all nose and ear accessories. Hand-finished or bespoke jewellery are NOT entitled to a refund or exchange.

If your return is accepted, you (customer) is responsible for arranging the return. To ensure that returns are insured, we advise using special delivery incase the package is lost in the mail.
Damages and issues
All items are checked thoroughly before packing and dispatching.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us via email or Instagram DM immediately if the item damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
There is no guarantee for stones/dangles falling out. It is customers responsibility to ensure that the size/diameter or length of the item is correct for their use before placing an order as we cannot exchange or return an item based on this.
There is a 15% return fee that applies to all jewellery under the circumstance that TYS Jewellers have agreed to a refund. Our restocking fee covers the costs associated to; assemble, package, post and restock.
